Beyond the Project – The Invest4Nature Workspace

Over the course of the Invest4Nature project, a wide range of knowledge, tools and practical insights on the economics and financing of Nature-based Solutions has been developed together with project partners and stakeholders. Although Invest4Nature is coming to an end, these resources should remain accessible, usable and available for others to build upon.
The Invest4Nature Workspace was created to bring this knowledge together in one place. Hosted on Oppla, it provides a lasting home for the project’s results and connects them with the wider European Nature-based Solutions community.
Developed in two phases
The first version of the Workspace was developed at the beginning of the project to support stakeholder engagement, accompany project activities and share insights from the Living Labs. In June 2025, a revised version was launched on the updated Oppla platform. It offers improved navigation and search functions, greater accessibility and security, and better technical performance, making it easier to find and explore relevant resources.
Content and Features
The Workspace brings together Invest4Nature tools, reports, articles, Living Lab case studies, videos and practical insights on the economics and financing of Nature-based Solutions. Dedicated sections provide access to project results and experiences from the Living Labs. Users and related projects can also contribute content, events and case studies, supporting continued exchange across projects, sectors and countries.
Invest4Nature Legacy
Hosted and maintained on Oppla as part of the EU Repository of Nature-based Solutions, the Workspace will keep Invest4Nature’s results accessible beyond the project’s lifetime. Its integration into Oppla connects the project’s knowledge with other European initiatives and the wider NbS community. In this way, the Workspace supports continued knowledge exchange, collaboration and informed decision-making on NbS investment and financing.
